You can request a refund at any time, but we do require you leave enough money in your account to meet our minimum balance requirement. The exact amount depends on your daily rate and your state.
Here's how to request a refund:
1. Login to your Hugo member account.
2. Tap the Payment tab in the bottom bar.
3. Click on Balance History, then click the Refund button.
4. Enter your desired refund amount. We'll let you know how much you'll need to leave in your Hugo account.
5. Click Continue, and then confirm your request.
You can expect to see the money back in your bank account in 5-10 business days. Please note, refunds must go back to the original card(s) that added the money to your Hugo account.
