If you’re trying to make a policy change but see “Policy Processing,” that means your carrier is currently uploading your policy details. This policy processing can take place when you first sign up, reinstate your policy, rewrite a new policy, or make a policy change.
It may take ~24 hours for your policy to be processed and ready for changes. Unfortunately we can’t make this move any faster. Once the processing is complete, you can make additional policy changes.
If you see a “Policy Processing” view for more than 24 hours, submit a help request to let us know and we’ll work to resolve the issue.
