How do I change my account information (phone, email, payment card)?

To make changes to your email address, phone number, or payment card, follow the steps below:

1. Login to your Hugo member account.
2. Open the sidebar menu and click on My Info.
3. Select the account information you would like to change.

If you’ve changed your phone number and can't access your Hugo account, submit a change login support request by clicking the "?" icon and we'll update your phone number so you can regain access.
