How do I make changes to my policy?

To make changes to your Hugo policy - like adding or removing a driver or vehicle – follow these steps:

1. Login to your member account.
2. Make sure your insurance is ON.
3. Tap My Policy.
3. Click on Modify Policy.
4. Select your request from the list.

Note: You must meet our minimum balance requirement to make a policy change. Your minimum balance depends on your daily rate + Hugo coverage plan.
