Where did these excluded drivers come from?

Your policy should include ("cover") anybody who lives with you and is old enough to drive, or doesn't live with you but has regular access to your car. Your policy should exclude any drivers who live with you but shouldn't drive your car, and any drivers whose names you don't recognize. 

To make getting a quote easier, we’ll often list names of drivers that might be living with you. Sometimes, we get it wrong! If you don’t recognize a name, just be sure that the toggle next to their name is off ("excluded") so they will not be covered on your policy at all.

If you need to add or exclude a driver and you don't see his or her name listed, you can enter this information manually.
